you Right click the trainer and click run as administrator

Anyway, I downloaded the demo trainer for the newest update and it worked fine. Once I did the full download, however, the game crashed. I followed the instructions and yes, I ran the trainer as an admin.

My question is, how do I load the game onto my PC and bypass Steam?

As far as i am aware you are unable to load Empire Total War without steam, as the multiplayer is run on steam, as are most of the multiplayer pc games today.

All you can do is the make sure that you have got the correct trainer version and game version.

+ Make sure you have deleted the promo trainer before using the main one, because some times they can conflict with eachother!

I also have the problem, that the trainer is not working. I downloaded it some month ago and it worked fine until today. The trainer is for version 1.5.0 and the game is on version 1.5.0! I run the trainer as admin, the numerical keys are only used for the functions of the trainer. When I press F1 the voice says activated, same when I press the hot keys. But it is not working ... hope you can help me!

Some minuts ago I tried the promo trainer which also is not working ...

No matter which trainer I use, there is no effect and the games freezes when I end my round!

To be perfectly honest i've never come across this before. Is it possible that your firewall and/or anti-virus software may be blocking the trainer?

You may just have to uninstall the game and reinstall it and try again.
