Ever since patch 8 to the trainer, activating codes has been hit or miss. Unlimited health does not work in Special Ops at all. Campaign play has been resetting codes, and some do not work at all, at various times. Am I the only one experiencing these problems?

Just downloaded the trainer and it doesn't work for me in spec ops.
