I had read somewhere that you encountered the fan from ME1 in Mass Effect 2, is that true and if so where?

His is in the Eternity bar on Illium, but the quest information is bugged. He always acts as if Shepherd was a jerk in ME1.

IIRC, there is an Asari standing just outside Eternity that is having trouble with someone inside the bar. The person they're having trouble w/ is The Fan. You may need to start that quest to be able to talk to Him.

So it wasnt just me ... I knew I picked my paragon char and that I did all his bothersome requests "good" ... Still it was alot more fun to shove a gun in his face

I think the quest is mutually buggy. I couldn't find the asari after I talked to "the fan".
