All you have to do to fix that is to die and get respawned in a vitathingy chamber, thanks again to Caliber for that fix.

Everything is running smooth for me so i have no problems whatsoever.

I found that if I adopt a little sister after that happens my hands reappear again.

Not sure if the trainer does or not..in my case it only happens whent he trainer's running (I have the Steam version of Bioshock 2).

Basically, every time I run into something in the game that puts my weapons/plasmids away (going underwater, for example) I find my plasmid arm not reappearing, and the plasmid selection remaining locked on whatever I had it on when it disappeared. This condition persists until my character is reloaded (zoning, picking up a Sister, etc)

It's a glitch int he way the game handles the character data - I'm not enough of a programmer to be able to discern the exact nature of the glitch. Those are the circumstances under which it happens, however - and on my system it's easily repeatable.

Just curious whether the missing hand problem is occurring on Steam based versions of this game or also retail?

Another thing to try apparently is to press the F1,F2 and F3 keys to force the animation to run again. Haven't tested this yet because haven't encountered this problem yet.

I have however encountered some stuttering in the sound e.g. when you're locked in a room with someone speaking to you before you fall in the water near the beginning of the game.

if u turn off (2,0,*) right before u go/fall under water then once the water is drained ur weapons and plasmids dont disappear.. not sure if its only one of those options but i turn off all of em as soon as the water starts pouring(before ur completely under water)

Great trainer! haven't had any problems so far. Just wondering, if it's hard to make a buddha type god mode where your health doesn't go below 1 or something? Cuz IMO it's better than God mode where your health doesn't go down at all.

How is that a benefit in this game?
