The Sims 3 Message Board  

if your not going to make trainers for the sims 3 any more then I want a refund because I paid good money to have an unlimited account if I can't get sims 3 trainers I want a refund.

Sorry, refunds are not offered based on a single trainer availability. We have supported this game through many patches and it's our choice when the game gets retired. Nowhere in our terms of service does it state that a trainer must be created for ANY GAME, much less EVERY GAME and certainly not EVERY VERSION OF EVERY GAME FROM NOW UNTIL ETERNITY.
