I'd use the first couple hundred (no more than 5) to buy a car in cash. Then go shopping for some dark coloured clothes because all my clothes are bright and flashy, you'd see me from a mile away. Then just hit the road and go from motel to motel for a month. No credit/debit cards, no internet, no phone, no GPS, nothing that sends or receives any kind of signal.
