Hi everybody,in the game you can have interracial romance, however you can't have same sex romance (except with few characters). I found this ridiculous,so if anyone knows about a mod or something else to change it,that would be just great!

I doubt there will be that kind of mod if any kind at all. A mod like that would have results that the developers never planned on and remember what we do in this game is supposed to carry over to Mass Effect 3.

If we did have that mode then we probably be carrying forward, Shepard the Player.

Im sure they didn't have the voice actors record dialogue for scenes that don't exist so if there is a mod that unlocks other characters romances you'll get a female voice for a male character and a male voice for a female character. It would be pretty funny I guess.

in Mass Effect 1 there was a mod that allowed a female shepard to get with ashley.

Most likely it'll happen again in this game after some time.

Really not sure why they don't allow the same-sex relationships. guess

though honestly, i'd love to be walking around the normady and walk into miranda's office to see miranda and jack going at it on her bed. boo yeah lol

It's kinda funny really, ME2 is one of the first Bioware games in a a long time w/ no "same sex" pairings that I'm aware of. Usually they include options for some pair of beings with the same equipment to get it on. (Granted, in ME1 it was just Female on Asari, which kinda doesn't count in-universe.) Jade Empire had more than 1 same sex pairing, Dragon Age had one for each gender, etc.

Something about same-sex pairing in space must be offputing to someone at Bioware.

In other news, anyone else do the Miranda romance option? I'm not usually very impressed by pixel boobs, but that chick really has a pair of chest cannons.

there is a savegame editor that pretty much allows you to do that, it is a bit complicated. Use google for a detailed guide. It's gibbed's editor for mass effect. Shouldn't be too hard to find. There should be a topic on the official board as well, but good luck finding anything over there.
