OK I've been a member for two years... so that means i should be a cheat master but i'm a veteran... can this be fixed? Highly appreciated.

I7 3770K 16GB Hyper X RAM (i really dont need this) 760W PSU 2x 2tb WD Black HDDs (... i dont need this either) 2x 250gb intel SSDs (or this) Nvidia GTX780 Asus Matx board, all custom watercooled in a Parvum s2.0 case.

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? or please check your account setting for rank selection. Sometimes it won't update if you don't re-select it.
