Hey - has anyone else had a problem trying to use "Cain" ...?

When I select it for a mission, and then equip it and try to shoot - it just sorta fizzles or something and doesn't appear to actually shoot anything nor damage whatever I'm aiming at.

Any idea what's up with that...? Am I doing something wrong...? I haven't actually tried it without even loading the Trainer, but it seems strange regardless.

You have to have at least 100% ammo for it to fire, and it takes 3-4 seconds to warmup before it actually fires.

You might be doing it wrong.

First, you'll need 100 ammo for a shot. Beyond that, you need to hold down fire for about 4 seconds before the round discharges.

My advice (unless you're using the trainer or other means to replenish heavy weapon ammo) is to save it for bosses. Oh, and don't fire it too close to yourself or your squadmates. It's very much an area-of-effect weapon.
