Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I click to download a trainer and and when I open the WinRAR file I get the following error.

C:\Users\*****\Documents\fer2-xientie-***************.zip: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged

Before I just turned off the firewall as PWizard said but now the error occours even when the firewall is off. Why is this error occurring and how do I counter it?
