When using trainer 2.601 special abilities, on artillery, the abilities do not regenerate at all. Is this an issue with the trainer or the game? I have tried numerous things to remedy the issue with no success. Everything else works fine.
The issue is that the trainer just has a glitch in it. It causes the regenerate counter to count negative. The only solution is to not use the regenerate cheat.
It does the same thing for mine, I would buy or build any artillery and use it once. After that I gives me a negative recharge that only increases in negative timing. For example it would start at -70 and jump to -71+ making that artillery rendered useless after as you cannot re-use it. Rather frustrating.
I have also encountered this issue. It seems to only come up in opposing fronts. I have the complete steam game pack, and it works fine in all others. Rated 4.5 because of this glitch..
Everyone knows that you have to enable it first.
