    !!!!!!!!!!!IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a small (but quite useful) guide to paragon/renegade actions, but it obviously includes spoilers. I suggest you at least familiarize yourselves with the full character party before reading this. If you passed the game though, guide will probably be useless.

So behold - the "small guide". Since you have only 2-3 seconds to press the right mouse button to perform the action, its easy not to notice the sign, and fail. So here is a small guide for you. I don't remember all, but here is what I remember:

    Spoiler:
During mission on Omega, in virus contageous area, in one of the halls you will encounter a dying batarian. Be ready to press right mouse button in dialogue with him to revive him. (paragon)
    ------------------
In same area, when you first meet a doctor, press right mouse button to shut him up. (paragon)
    ------------------
On Citadel you encounter a quarian, volus and C-Sec Officer party. Volus accuses quarian in theft. Once you return his chit (from a nearby shop) and accusations have been removed from quarian, be ready to press the right mouse button in the dialogue to perform paragon action. It'll tell C-Sec to back off.
    ------------------
When you go with Garrus on his personal mission and you both reach Harkin, during dialogue Garrus will be about to shoot through Harkin's kneecaps. Be ready to press right mouse button for paragon.
    ------------------
When you pass Tali's personal mission and she sees the body of her father, she will kneel and start to cry. Be ready to press right mouse button for paragon.
    ------------------
When you pass Samara's Personal Mission, the woman who's daughter has recently died will start crying during the dialogue. Be ready to press right mouse button for paragon.
    ------------------
When you look for Thane (if I'm not mistaken), a bunch of Mercs and Mechs will be attacking Salarians. You will find a wounded one. Talk to him, and be ready to press right mouse button during dialogue to revive him (paragon)
    ------------------
When you pass Thane's personal mission and talk to Mouse, be ready to press left mouse button for renegade action(this one is a lil over the edge, but you can say sorry afterwards)
    ------------------
When you pass Thane's personal mission, be ready to keep pressing left mouse buttons during the guy's interrogation to keep hitting him. Renegade, obviously.
    ------------------
During Thane's mission, again, when you will be following the turian politician and his krogan bodygard, behind one door there will be a worker. Since you have little time, press left mouse button for renegade option (Shepard will punch him and run through).
    ------------------
During Grunt's personal mission, when you go up and speak with shaman (not Wrex) for the first time, a nasty krogan (green head) will always intervene and **** you off. Press left mouse button to hit him on the head (its a krogan challenge). It's a renegade option.
    ------------------
During Miranda's personal quest, when she will be speaking to the guy who helped her escape but later betrayed her (dont remember the name, but you'll recognize) be ready to press right mouse button for paragon
    ------------------
During... Hmmmm... I think during the Samara's mission to recover the ship name (or looking for Thane the assassin quest), you will see a guy near the window. You will approach him, but he'll refuse to talk. Be ready to press left mouse button for renegade.
    ------------------
During Samara's mission to recover the ship name you will see a "biotic god" volus. During the dialogue, be ready to press right mouse button for paragon.
    ------------------
During Samara's mission to recover the ship name, you will find an Asari merc, who will be hiding and praying that you wont find her. Don't be fooled and press left mouse button in the dialogue (renegade)
    ------------------
During *I think* Miranda's personal mission (or Samara's ship name quest, OR looking for Thane (assassin) quest), there will be a Merc leader who will approach you (in yellow armor) and speak with you. Be ready to press left button for a cool renegade.
    ------------------
During Doctor's personal quest, when a leader if the krogan gang will be speaking with you, be ready to press left mouse for renegade.
    ------------------

Sorry about being unsure about two locations. All these quests are on Illium, and locations are very similar, so its a bit hard to remember which quest was it. But I'm sure you will recognize the scene. Thats all I remember for now. Thanks for attention and good luck.

we made trainer options that will increase your paragon/renegade if desired. no idea how it impacts the game, but we added the options.

This is great news Caliber, thank you. As for how it impacts the game - it allows you to use new options in the dialogue. For the guide itself - it is needed because the actions you can perform are very cool (breaking necks, blowing up people, throwing them out of the window). It would be such a shame if you would miss all that fun because you aren't ready to press the button in time.
I dislike the idea that they give 2-3 secons to perform the action in all. This is pretty much the coolest part of the game, and yet so easy to miss.
