Can anyone provide a list of the armor sets in-game?

There aren't really any armor sets unless you purchase the specific retail editions from Gamestop, Best Buy, etc. You purchase upgrades for your armor like health, absorption, etc.
Armor Customization is done via the armor setup in your cabin on the Normandy.
