The trainer keeps asking me to on line and authenticate it, but am on line?
Am running AVG internet suite, have turned off resident shield, have added the trainer to exceptions, am at a loss to the cause.
Downloaded the trainer twice, no success.

no its just common mistakes so its just in our nature to link to that

we put those links up there because 99 times out of a 100 the problem is with ONE OF THE THINGS LISTED IN THE TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE. also, i take offense to people saying that we don't respond here. we have GREAT and FAST respose to most user posts. this trainer has been out for a long time with thousands and thousands of downloads and users using it and unfortunately many of them don't even bother to read the instuctions or troubleshooting guides that we took time to create for them.

I fixed the problem with my trainers, thanx all. My problem was I was allowing the trainer to run as "safe" with AVG, when it should have been "allow for all"
