Hi I came on here using a different account because I am unable to use my main account which is an unlimited member account, I sent in a support request a week ago but no answer still so I am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions i've used the forgot my username and password function both give the things I type in and it keeps on saying this password does not match this user the user is "jackapup" so I yeh help would be appreciated. And I know I did not do anything bad to get my account bad never shared my trainers, never violated the TOS at all.
Did you put your email address in? I looked at all options and they require an email address.

lol sry I have a real bad sense of time on me it felt like a week ago guess I should keep a tab on these kind of things. But anyways that's the password I keep on using for the account I use the Forgot password function and I used the password you sent me I typed it in and also copy and paste but all it gives is this message We're sorry, the password you entered does not match what we have on file for the user jackapup. If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can have it emailed to you by entering your email address below.
Man lol my account works for another people but not me lol I even tried disabling anti-virus and firewall and all addons for my browser to see if it stopped it but still same thing but yeh replied to your email thx for the help
