Umm. There were plenty of people who used to annoy me, but they all seemed to have left, or have at least gotten better. So I don't have anyone to vote for.

I don't think I can vote for a most annoying. Everyone is annoying in their own ways and no one stands out as being greater than any other.

So, I'll vote for H. Because Dancer did and H himself seems to be amused by it.
