Here is some of the door codes you can find in the game by hacking into computers, you can use them insted of hacking into doors

the prison: 1403 - unlocks the doors with code in the prison

server room: 6278 - unlocks the door into the server room in the jba HQ

office door: 2701 - opens the door to the emile dude's ( the boss) office in jba's HQ

navigation room: 2112 - opens the door to the nav. room in the boat level.

workshop: 1337 - opens the door to the workshop in the jba HQ
