It might be because of your internet connection.

Before you try, go to start, click run and type in cmd.

Command Prompt will open type in "ping www.google.com" If it pings the ip 127.0.0.1 then it means you are connected to the computer. But beware when pinging, 127.0.0.1 is a MIRROR IP.
