Regarding the Cheats & Hints.

I have done everything from reassigning to a different key than tilde; and still nothing happens. I want to use the console for paragon and renegade and to add additional talents. Please help; or point me in the direction of a character or savegame editor. I can get the console commands in other bioware games but not mass effect...

You can use whatever keybinding you want, well atleast any unbound keybinding you want.
