Hey everyone!

I just bought Prototype on Steam the other day. I played it great for a little while, then when I get to the scene where Alex has to use a missile launcher on a tank to get the guy out who blew up his apartment, my game crashes as soon as the (I'm assuming) cut-scene is going to start.

If anyone has a fix for this, it would be greatly appreciated. I already verified my game files through Steam to make sure there were no updates or anything available, and I can't get past this point in the game. Very disappointing, as it seems like a really fun game.

As a last resort, does anyone have a save file that is just past this mission so I can keep playing and pray it doesn't happen again?

I also downloaded a save game file that is done the story and is in + mode, or whatever that is. Is there any way to load up that game to a previous mission?

um if its one of those frist mission u need a military disguise and over the radio tell the guy in the tank that its clear so he comes out and you can consume him
if u detroy the tank he will die O_o?

How can I go get a military disguise though without getting attacked? When I beat the helicopters to the collection point in Central Park the military are on to me, and it shows a cutscene where Alex goes, "I gotta get him out of there" and zooms in on a military guy with a rocket launcher thing. When I go up and grab the launcher it pops up a tutorial on how to use it and tells me to shoot the tank. When I shoot the tank the game crashes. Am I not supposed to do what the tutorial seems to show?

Okay well, I tried that route and it got me a little farther. The agent guy came out of the tank, I consumed him, saw the web of Intrigue hit 2%, and then the game crashed again right after the cutscene ended. I seem to have an issue with cutscenes
