    I am running
    Q6600@ 3.05 OC
    4GB pc6400 ddr2 @ 2.1 volt 4-4-4-12
    GTX275 (no OC needed)
    Windows 7 Ultimate
I have everything maxed out and I do get an occasional hiccup every now and then. This game is a major resource hog, especially if you got a lot of units on the battlefield.
My advice to you is turn all non-essential programs (virus-scan/utilities....etc)off and don't use any advance graphics like anti-alaising and Antriscopic (I know the spelling is wrong). Keep everything on low that has no bearing (water).

Well Danny, it would certainly help to upgrade your GPU. Though I will make this disclaimer: without knowing your full system specs, as Junkie laid out in his previous post, it is hard to determine just how much help it will be, and therefore difficult to say if the expenditure is going to be worth it on its own. I will recap an example for you by laying out my specs, so that you may post your own.

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Ed. 4.0Ghz (OC'd)
RAM: OCZ Fatality DDR3 8 Gigabytes
    GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4890 1 Gigabyte DDR3 (x2)
OS: Windows Seven Ultimate 64 bit
    Game version: Current

That is basically what one would need in order to answer your question. Have a great day!

I would suggest you for about 150€ the ATi Radeon HD 5770 or if you prefer nVidia the GTX260.

Best what you can get for the budget you told us here.

Depends on the rest of your system though. If you own a cpu below a Core 2 Duo with 2.4Ghz i'd suggest upgrading that one to, as well as your RAM if its lower than 2-3GB.

you need a new computer son to be honest,a new video card won't do much, you need speed and stability for this game.I suggest you get a good cpu must be a duo or quad cores above 3.00ghz or overclocked and some fast memory sticks 2 to 4GB DDR2 or DDR3 1600mhz or higher and a decent video card gforce or ati your preference but at least 500MB of memory on it and 500mhz core speed or better.
well I know that ain't cheap but for great graphic games needs powerful computers.... sigh....www.cheathappens.com/newreply.asp?headID=92439&titleID=13464&onPage=1&commID=978810# www.cheathappens.com/newreply.asp?headID=92439&titleID=13464&onPage=1&commID=978810#

    I'm running a GTX260 and it's brilliant. Recommended!
