there is no real 1.03 patch. only 1.01b and 1.02a (which works with trainer 1.02)Link

It seems that the latest releases are running on a version not available to ppl who purchased the game earlier.

From what I've seen, the game just seems to patch itsself... I've not had to apply anything, just installed and voila, it was v1.03.
