Everyone is bigoted, but using slurs and not liking people who are different isn't inherently racist.
You can hate all black people, want to commit genocide against them and it's still not inherently racist.
There is no "somewhat racist". Either you think one race is superior or inferior or you don't. There is no middle ground.

Yes yes, we have all already come to the collective conclusion that everyone is racist to some extent. It's a basic psychological principle of in-group vs out-group. It's also instinctive to favour those similar to yourself.
It really doesn't make a difference. Racism itself just needs to be taken less seriously.

You should demand an apology from the Italians for the Romans attempting to exterminate the Germanic tribes (of which the Angles and Saxons are included), for enslaving the survivors and colonizing and enslaving much of Britain and its Celtic inhabitants.
I also apologize for my Viking ancestors raping your Saxon ancestors.
Likewise, I intend to demand an apology from myself for my ancestors attempting to destroy my ancestors. And I also intend to demand another apology from myself for the second group trying to destroy the first.
And I need an apology from black people who are descended from free blacks for keeping Native Americans as slaves. And then I'll apologize for Injuns keeping Darkies as slaves as well.
And I need apologies from all southern people here for necessitating my ancestors killing your ancestors over their economic system. Face it, it's your fault.
