As far as I can gather from your PREPOSTEROUS tale, you were forced to leave home. You now live in some surreal house which is similar to an "old person's home" (I assume you mean "retirement home" ) , where everyone watches countdown and doesn't communicate with anyone.
Well, my advice for you is, stop making things up and they will stop existing.

I THINK you're trying to say that you're being forced to move out, and you have to find a place to stay. And the only place is where there are a lot of older adults who don't like communicating? And you want to stay at a place where you can cause havoc because you're 21 years old?
