I had enough of them... Same thing they keep saying moving into this place...It's like a old persons home for people with speacal needs, the youngest is forty! and I am only 21 everyone is too quiet with no one to talk to, I need people to make noise not sit there quietly watching countdown every night.
Did I mention everyone there is over forty.
If they MAKE me move there they've messed up my life again BIG TIME!

Doesn't matter much now does it???? All you have to do is be sure to not Break any Rule which can Indict you... For Example In my place you cannot have Loud Music past 10:15 p.m. (And if need be then you need special Permission and stuff or you have to Pay the cops enough depending upon the Party/Occasion so that they stay out.)
So all you have to do is get your Noise Levels just before the ones specified in the Law Books. if you wanna Party you can always have it @ your house or you could got to your Friends' Places or the Local Food Joint and stuff.
have your friends together Most of the Time and you won't realize How Time Flies by....

Sigh.....Your don't get get people, if I wanted to MOVE to a quiet place I'd move to an OLD PEOPLE'S HOME!
There is NO other place to go as houses aren't easy to get anymore.

The problem people are having is that you've given no context for your post.
It's like if someone posted "No one listens! I don't want purple apples in my car's gas tank because I need to charge my cell phone!". And then got indignant when people didn't understand the context.

ahh got you, I didn't explain probaby!
okay basically, I Have to move out ( not my choice) and only place there is I can go, is the house which is like a OLD person's house, they are too quiet and watch thing only old people would really watch like countdown.
I for one need people to talk to and that place isn't a place I can get that. It may be alright for some people but not everyone.
