I just don't see the point of wearing pants of that size, or amount of, to steal Dhampy's word, hardware on them. Those pants almost have enough material to make a pair of pants, and a t shirt.
And the locks just do not make sense whatsoever. I mean, baggy clothes are one thing. But really? Chains on your pants?
Back in my sophomore year, one friend of mine locked another mutual friend of ours to a desk in protest to his wearing them. Pretty funny actually.
back in like the fifth grade this kid had a pair of those, except they were green. they were pretty cool.
