Simple solution. Hire a PI, find out where they live, rig their BB guns with some overly complicated system to prick their fingers with pins when they pull the trigger whilst simultaneously jamming the bb in the middle of the barrel with something plugging up the barrel.
If that doesn't work, find them and break their fingers and tell their parents to pay for the damage to your car or you'll pursue criminal destruction of property charges against the kids and file a lawsuit against them for the actual damages+Punitive damages.
And since no one wants to pay through the nose for lawyers and stuff and STILL lose over $300 when they lose the case, they'll probably pay around $150 plus a little extra to make sure it stays quiet.
