We were kinda making fun of the French in History class a few weeks back while studying the WWI and the rise of Hitler.

The Professor asked "ok so what were the French doing during this time?"

And one of the students (older guy late 20s probably) said "um...dying?"...

In a course I took on the interwar period, the prof gave us an overview of all of the changes in government of the major players and handed out printed sheets with the heads of state and heads of government for Britain and Germany and Austria and whatnot. We got to France and the page had four names on it and the prof said something like "I gave up counting the changes in government, but they averaged about 6 a year, so here's a list of the significant people".

I used to be pretty good @ french before(got an A+).. But now I forgot nearly everyhting..
