I was wondering how you call in your getaway car from the f2 menu, I hold f2 and try to call it in with mouse 1 or 2 and it doesnt work. my f3 strike works fine but cant seem to figure out the getaway car.

Where is the best area to get Demo lvl 2 (destroy 5 vehicles with dynamite within 300 sec)

i havent really used f2 and f3 ill try that later on.

I would try blowing up the 2 light tanks near the bridge where your first headquarters is where luc gives you missions.And then just stick around turn on godmode and blow up the other vehicles that show up.

The Getaway car is F4

I randomly ran into a bunch of sturmwagons parked, it was super easy. Now im working on getting my 5 alarm, wulf+zep, 10 dyno kills in 10 sec and 4 bridges.
