No i think that once thay are blown up, there gone for ever.
A motivated soldier, will cover the grenade with his or her body. There by saving the life of his or her fellow soldiers.
A unmotivated solder, will cover the grenade with one of his or her fellow soldier. Thereby saving his or her own life.
So at all times keep your soldiers motivated.

Yea, they dont repair. I wished someone or the gamemakers create a sandbox mode, so you can create your own cities and destroy them, or load a sample city to destroy and have fun... And also, can you throw things??/ like grab them in Red Faction?

When you destroy something it will be gone forever. Once I destroyed an important bridge for fun,but I had to travel twice more to get across the gap!
