i uninstalled the whole game in saved the saved game files and content. and then just reinstalled it.. it is not fun but you its better than starting over

I had the same problem but now i start the trainer and wait 2 or 3 minites and then start the game and it works fine. I think the controll of using the trainer takes some more time.
