IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE DOWNLOAD PACKAGES, AND WHEN THE GAME LOADS, IT'S SLOWER THEN HECK????????

when i downloaded the packs all i get is nothing not even slower mode but i do get the cars and and select it and its still the same car is this wat u meant??
