Thanks for addressing this, but you have to understand if unlimited members are saying something happened, it is more credible than someone else saying it, if they are lying you should delete or ban or something.

i don't know what this guy had happen, but launching our trainer is not what caused his virus. now, if he downloaded our trainer from 'other sources' then i cannot help what happened to him. someone may have wrapped our trainer with a virus and posted on usenet or some site. this we cannot control. anything downloaded from here is NOT a virus. what possible motive would we have for creating a trainer for our members that ruins thier systems?

also, people sending our files over and over to JOTTI or wherever trying to see if it's safe, you are contributing to the problem since we can verify that people who send files to jotti of similar type (i.e. our trainers) makes those files more likely to be flagged due to inordinate amount of people sending the files in.

    best,

Yeah, my AVG is Uber-touchy, but I know this.

Never had any problem before AVG.

No need to talk ban and delete, Im just reporting my computers behavior and kaspersky's virus report on the file which I got from here and not anywhere else. I am unlimited member why would I go anywhere else. Are you saying Kaspersky does not dect this as a virus when other member say it does? Apperntly Im not the only one having this issue see above post. VIPRE is not able to detect the infection. If it is a false positive why the redirect my AV reports no other infections? I am recieving a browser redirect after using the file. I can give you the virus report again in detail if you'ld like. I have been a member for years and Im not causing troubles just trying to find out why the false positive if thats the case and why the redirect browser infection. We are paid users and dont feel browser redirects should happen from a trainer. Antivirus software didnt remove the virus and as I said I reformatted as that was the fastest solution for me. You should apologize for saying Im causing trouble and being preposterous. When kaspersky reports it is the trainer file that has caused me trouble I am just being informed of what my AV reports and apperntly Im not the only one who is infected with this trojan that serves as a redirect. I apologize in advance if I seem concerned about my rig being infected from such a reliable company in which I've been a member of for many many years.

    Kaspersky is King BTW
New Mega Trainer reports nothing and is fine Ill go with that one it works better and has more options. Thank you all for your advice regarding the possibility of a false positive.
