i've edited the BIOimput as the guide says (copy/paste) but the console still not appear on game i've also tryed to switch european to american keboard but nothing happens someone can give me some tips how i can fix it?

Try setting consolekey=F12 AND TypeKey=Tab
That way you hit F12 for the full console, but you hit the Tab key for just typing in a single command.
