The quest codes listed in this file are correct BUT will not be usable in the console. The console wants the id code for the quest, which you can see in TES edit hovering the mouse over the quest name (it's a hex code, you don't need to include any preceding zeroes). I don't know if it's possible to get the editor to export a list of these codes - one of the editor gurus may know.
