Steam has been downloading Modern Warfare 2 for almost two hours and it's only at 28%.

2. I pay for 5mbps, but it seldom seems to go faster than when I had a 9600 baud modem twenty years ago.

It's currently downloading at 831.7 kbps, which about as fast as I've ever seen Steam download.
