I was goin' to say Dr.salvador but when i saw Bella sisters i can say they are harder to beat. Simply they can kill you with one strike. I think they are weaker than Dr.salvador but they are 2 and when you focus on the first one you might get hit by the second. They are not easy to kill when you don't have good weapons.
