too much realism is a bad thing. every educated individual knows that when u fire a gun...there's recoil...we don't need re-education from the game makers on that.

Don't know about motion sickness. All I know is that this is one of the lamest FPS's I've played in some time. All I can do is thank the gods that I played it at a friends rather than spending money on a crap title.

If you can use the "god" in-game cheat, it should stop any and all camera movements when you get hit. Just make sure to re-enable it when you start a new level.
