this motion sickness is awful.....every shot i take makes the screen go down and up.....and it's turning my stomach......maybe some option in the trainer to elevate this reaction of lookind down and up after getting shot would help a lot....

without the trainer it looks like blood packs have been taped to your face and i hate it when your shot my first reaction would not be to look straight up

How would you know?

Lower video settings, get more framerate. More framerate = less motion sickness for me.

Stop playing

The only problem for me is MW2 requires you to shoot A LOT.

More than L4D requires I think.
