Wano - Stalker
Strider - Monolith
Zulu
Sokolow - Militär

And where can they be found? I know Zulu is in the tower in Janov, Sokolov is in the bunker for scientests and the rest? Thanks.

Vano is in Yanov station , help him and he follow you to Pripyat. Strider or Rogue or Vanderer is leader of group monolithians help them to and here it goes!
