Ditto, it crashes randomly, at first I thought it was due to the money option, but it does the same for stats and skills.

Yeah, same here. The game just freezes a few seconds after I use a cheat.
UPDATE: I came up with a little "solution" till they fix the trainer(which will probably be soon anyways). Since it takes a second or two before it actually freezes I just used an option from the trainer and than quickly exit to the main menu. Once there it doesn't freeze anymore and than I just keep loading the game, use a cheat, exit, repeat.
