Seeing as 99%+ of the world's population is now within the necessary bounds for the Gene-Pool cleansing to directly effect them, if it was used, genetic diversity would plummet and Humanity would be relegated to only a few more centuries before massive inbreeding issues lead to various genetic diseases destroying what's left of the species, leaving room for the animals that survive us to develop sentience and intelligence and surpass our society in every way.

And since I believe in reincarnation, it's all the more beneficial for me to use such a device and doom humanity to destruction! I will come back as my true self!

All joking aside though, just because I'm a furry doesn't mean I don't care about the fate of humanity. Quite the opposite. I want humanity to suffer for its ignorance before it's wiped out.
