Commander Shepard is so awesome, he can get it with TWO alien girls within a 2-year timespan! One even after he died!
How can ANYONE top that?
Yeah, Shepard is so epic that people worked for TWO YEARS to resurrect him! I can't imagine being important enough for people to do such a thing.
And some people were hoping that there would be an option before starting ME2 to change Shepard's gender... THAT would be an awkward conversation.
"Shepard? Weren't you a, uh, male last time we met?"
"Yeah, you're not gonna believe this..."
