Hi,

first of all i'm french i hope you understand my question

i'm unlimited member and get the dragon origin trainer for myself.

My brother get the game too can i give to him my trainer (just to him) or my account will be banned?

As long as you trust him not to share it with anyone else. You are responsible for anyone you give your trainer to.
