Anyone know which blood mage should i kill for this quest?

Those bloodmages are in the east brecilian forest, you have to clear the northern grove of the ogres first who inhabit that place originally before you can do that quest, the small ruins part with the gravestone up north. Just exit the east forest after you cleared the ogres part then head back in, the bloodmages should be there then.
