New Unlimited member, trying to download the Dragon Age: Origins trainer. I get stuck on a page with "Your download is being customized for you, please wait...", but it never actually does anything after that.

Am I missing something?

Firefox worked. Thanks - suspected it might be my browser but didn't have anything but Internet Explorer on this computer.
