I could understand it being incredibly easy passing a test for an automatic car. Manual cars are much harder to drive though.
If you're taking your test before you're comfortable driving which ever kind of car you've got access to, then you are making a huge mistake.

Ya I have to agree with Dhampy on this one, even if your confident with one you shouldn't be overconfident about the other. When switching from a manual to an automatic it may be easier but you'll have more tendencies to accidently doing things wrong. Like while waiting at a stop light forgetting for one second it is an automatic and putting it into "1st" when in reality you could have just put it into park or reverse. (I've seen this done many times while my sister was driving).. (granted this could be due to Man Law 35 but no comment)
