Here's the readme on the options:

Options

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health
Numpad 2: Party Health
Numpad 3: Level Up
Numpad 4: Level Down
Numpad 5: Experience
Numpad 6: Money
Numpad 7: Attributes
Numpad 8: Perks
Numpad 9: Mana Regen

Notes
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health - turn this on and then select a character.
You must make sure you select a character after turning this on.
That character will try to regen health instantly.

Numpad 2: Party Health - turn this on and all members of your party will
try to stay alive.

Numpad 3: Level Up - select character then press key to increase Level
Numpad 4: Level Down - select character then press key to decrease Level
Numpad 5: Experience - select character then press key to increase experience
Numpad 6: Money - select character then press key to increase money
Numpad 7: Attributes - select character then press key to increase points
Numpad 8: Perks - select character then press key before entering Perks
screen. You will have unlimited Perk Points. You must have just
levelled up within the game to see the Perks.

Numpad 9: Mana Regen - press key to instantly fill your mana back up for
the currently selected character. Make sure that you have
selected the character first.

This trainer will allow you to customize the keys if you desire! Use our
Trainer Customizer to accomplish this! Download it from our trainer

and dont use the level up option either, use the exp points instead to level up. mine got messed up
