I dowloaded Fallout 3 and a trainer for version 1.4.0.6 of fallout so had to update my fallout game to too 1.4.0.6.

My problem is: Whenever I go ingame, actice the trainer and start playing, the game crashes and this "Windows is looking for a solution" window pops up, and 2-3 secs later the game closes itself.

However, this doesn't happen if i play the game without the trainer.

So, i read upon some troubleshooting, tried some off them like turn of third-party software, have the trainer inside the fallout 3 folder. But now i'm out of ideas.

I am using windows vista 32 bit btw.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

EDIT: I checked around abit, and found out that adding any kinds of mods to the game also makes it crash almost right after i start playing.
