    25 before age 1.

    But then only eight more by age 10 and only eleven between ages 10 and 20.

    If you go back and track EVERYONE who ever shared classes with--not just those you know who were in the same school as you throughout your schooling but also those who came and went--you will find that a similar number are now dead.

    You also must consider that a child so sick as to die before age 10 is likely not in school.

    In the end they will lay their freedom at our feet and say to us, 'Make us your slaves, but feed us.'

    I don't care about living very long. The only thing I really care about is to live long enough to see my grandkids.

    Quite a few of my childhood friends died young (7) and a few including myself have chronic diseases/illnesses. So I'm inclined to agree with Dampy on the fact that a lot more people die young than what most people realize.
